Fast & reliable – free shipping within Germany on orders over €129**.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We want your order to arrive as quickly as possible. We ship domestic packages via DHL and international shipments via GLS.

Shipping costs:

• Germany: €6.90 (free shipping on orders over €129**)
• EU countries: €12.90
• Non-EU (e.g. Switzerland, UK): €17.90

For bulky items such as punching bags, additional charges may apply due to size and weight.

Delivery times:

Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days. Longer delivery times may occur during the Christmas season. Packages are shipped Monday to Friday.

For shipments to non-EU countries, customs duties are to be paid by the recipient.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your delivery status at any time.
